Job Description: North American Shared Services Controller - Consolidations

Our client is a global multi-entity company seeking a Corporate Controller to handle North American consolidations.
Duties:

Own the North American consolidation for 10+ operating entities (US & CDN)

Support corporate purchasing and overhead across NA companies

Partner with business unit controllers and finance directors
- IFRS compliance, oversee indirect tax, and be the point of contact for external auditors
Must have skills:

CPA with min 8 years exp and min 3 in leadership role

Experience with IFRS 16 intercompany accounting

Multi-entity CDN and US consolidation experience

Come from a shared services environment or corporate headquarters

Construction, infrastructure or related manufacturing industry experience

Experience with Onestream
