Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice. The ideal candidate will have a stong organizational skills, ticketing experience .This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your knowledge and interpersonal skills can help create memorable travel experiences for clients. The candidate is required to be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients
- Handle client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person consultations
Experience
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
