We are offering an entry-level position as a Service Advisor Trainee. This is a position that will provide an opportunity for advancement into a rewarding career. The successful candidate will possess confident customer communication skills (written, electronic and verbal), strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanical operations, being able to relate to customers and the team you work with. Strong computer skills and attention to detail will be required. Soft sell sales skills are required when dealing with customers… You must be able to “ask for the business” earned.
Work schedule to start is weekdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a rotating Saturday, one in four.
An hourly wage plus training bonuses are provided. Additional team and personal incentives provide solid rewards as you develop. Benefits and a pension are available after probation.
