We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and experienced server/bartender to join our team. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with side duties such as cleaning, refilling, and restocking supplies.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant (Indian cuisine experience is a plus).
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Food safety & Smart Serve certification is a plus
- Prior experience with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
