Schedule (Consistent, Long-Term)
- 2 evening shifts (Monday–Thursday): 12:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- 2 opening shifts (Monday-Thursday): 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- 2 Fridays per month: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2 Saturdays per month (Sept - June): 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
Note: This role includes regular evening hours and is structured this way long-term.
About the Role
Oxford Learning Stittsville is seeking a highly dependable and organized Education Coordinator to support the daily operations of our centre.
This is a structured, fast-paced role that requires strong time management, consistency, and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periods. The successful candidate thrives in a routine-based environment and takes ownership of delivering a reliable, high-quality experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities Centre Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth program delivery
- Maintain structured schedules for students and staff
- Ensure consistency and quality during high-demand periods
Student & Program Management
- Assess student needs and support individualized learning plans
- Monitor progress and ensure program standards are met
- Support student engagement, focus, and academic development
Parent Communication
- Conduct scheduled meetings with families to review progress
- Provide clear, structured updates and recommendations
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Team Support & Leadership
- Support instructor scheduling and daily workflow
- Provide guidance to ensure consistency in instruction and expectations
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
Administrative & Enrolment Support
- Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and attendance
- Support consultations with prospective families
- Contribute to enrolment and retention through professional service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience in education, tutoring, or academic coordination
- Demonstrated history of reliability and consistent attendance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- French language skills are an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $47,500 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
