The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a full-time Body Shop Detailer for our Cam Clark Ford location in Airdrie, AB.

In the position of Body Shop Detailer reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and detailing vehicles inside and out before and after repair work. This role ensures vehicles leave the collision center in pristine condition, meeting company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
You will be accountable for:
- Pre-wash and wash vehicles, including cleaning and waxing the exterior, tires, and rims.

Ensuring RO number is written on vehicles.

Sourcing parts from the parts department for technicians.

Clean and disinfect interior surfaces, including dashboards, seats, and carpets.

Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.

Perform pre-repair and final inspections, documenting damage and ensuring quality.

Apply protective coatings and restore vehicle appearance.

Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and movement.

Maintain a clean and organized detailing area, following safety protocols.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and meeting expectations.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Prior detailing experience is considered an asset.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.

Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a collision center with exposure to vehicles, chemicals, and various weather conditions.

Must follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
