Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Duties
- Design and supervise behavior intervention programs tailored to each child's needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical standards.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide guidance and support for implementing interventions across settings.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff on program implementation and data collection procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans using electronic medical records systems.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavior analysis.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs.
- Knowledge of special education principles and patient care strategies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Proficiency in managing electronic medical records systems for documentation purposes.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving client outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
