The Role:
This is not just admin work.
This is an operations role responsible for keeping the company organized, efficient, and moving forward.
You will manage systems, support field operations, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Support field coordination / Contract Invoicing
- Payroll preparation, timesheet review, and data accuracy
- Bookkeeping support (QuickBooks, job costing, expenses)
- Account receivable / Payable duties
- Client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Organize and improve internal systems and processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and documentation
- Coordinate internal events and client touch points
- Maintain organized digital files and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong tech skills (QuickBooks, Google Drive, apps)
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in admin/operations (required)
