THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and accurate experience for our corporate clients from the point of order to final delivery. You will be a critical link between our clients, our operations team, and our logistics partners, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
You will be responsible for end-to-end order lifecycle management, including:
- Order Processing and Tracking: Accurately entering customer orders, managing purchase orders, and monitoring their progress through to delivery
- Client Support: Proactively communicating with clients regarding order status and requirements, providing timely and thorough updates
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing orders for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and performing root-cause analysis to prevent future errors
- Collaboration: Working positively with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries and coordinate logistics needs
- Problem Resolution: Researching and resolving discrepancies related to delivery, pricing, or order status, explaining outcomes with tact and diplomacy
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and related documentation
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and critical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computer software applications, including Excel and CRM tools
