Qualifications:
· Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
· Solid Construction experience in a relevant trade
· Strong ability and knowledge of power tools (ie Cordless Impact, driver, drills)
· Strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as a team member
· Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, other trades and builders in a professional manner
· Provide quality workmanship giving great attention to detail
· You are meticulous and take pride and ownership in your work and show initiative to learn all aspects of the trade
· Must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders and lifts
· Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
· Ability to read and understand instructions and be able to take direction
· Must be able to work in all weather conditions
· Possess a valid drivers license and clean abstract
