Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile team member to join our BarBurrito Spruce Grove team! As a Customer Service & Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while also assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help us provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with a smile, taking orders and operating a point-of-sale system
- Prepare and assemble menu items to order, including burritos, bowls, tacos, and other dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and customer service techniques
Requirements:
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality and waste control
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
