Kif Kif is a high end Mediterranean restaurant with a warm, magnetic energy. The space is clean but full of character, and the drinks follow the same vibe, bright, bold, layered, and intentional. We want bartenders who understand that a good drink is about more than what’s in the glass, it’s about pace, flow, and feeling.
The Role
With speed and purpose, read a room, and deliver excellent drinks with zero pretence. Someone who knows when to make conversation and when to keep the shaker moving. If you're all about clean technique, smart flavour combos, and good energy behind the bar. This is not a "just pour and serve" position. We’re looking for someone who adds to the atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping and serving a tight cocktail list — fresh ingredients, balanced pours, and sharp presentation
- Pouring wine and cocktails with confidence and accuracy
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and moving, from setup to breakdown
- Reading the room and keeping the vibe right
- Handling POS and tickets smoothly while staying present with guests
- Working closely with FOH and kitchen for service flow
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years minimum experience behind the bar in a busy restaurant or cocktail setting
- Strong fundamentals: you know your builds, your glassware, your prep, and your pacing
- Real product knowledge, from amaros and aperitifs to local gin and natural wine
- Great presence behind the bar, calm, confident, and warm
- Clean work habits, strong memory, and good instincts under pressure
