Job Overview
Level Up Fencing & Handyman Service is seeking a versatile and skilled Handyman/Contractor part to join our team, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, heavy equipment operation, wood fencing, decks, and general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting.
- Read and interpret drawings/instructions to accurately execute projects.
- Install drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, paint, framing, and other building materials with precision.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct service calls, bathroom renovations, fence and deck installations, and landscape projects as needed.
- Assist with restoration projects to refurbish or renovate existing structures.
- Measure spaces accurately for installation or repair tasks using construction estimating skills.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction or repair projects.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Operate skid steer for residential and commercial snow removal
- Maintain and clean tools, vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven handyman/ contractor experience with a broad skill set in construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Ability to read drawings/instructions effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor regularly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members or clients when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals with diverse construction skills who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving in maintaining or improving properties.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
