Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations. This role provides leadership across sales, customer relationships, financial management, operations, and team development, ensuring the branch delivers strong business results while supporting a positive, high-performing culture.

What you will do:
- Lead the team: Coach and support employees while setting clear expectations, building accountability, and developing individual and team performance.
- Drive branch performance: Lead sales growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness through strong leadership and execution.
- Strengthen customer relationships: Build and maintain strong customer partnerships while delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Manage financial results: Oversee budgets, expenses, and P&L performance.
- Oversee branch operations: Ensure day-to-day operations are safe, productive, efficient, and accurate.
- Manage inventory: Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize inventory investment, minimize variances, and support product availability.
- Develop talent: Identify opportunities to build capability, strengthen employee engagement, and support career development.
- Foster ROBINSON's Safety Culture: Maintain a safe work environment through leadership, training, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
About You:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a wholesale, distribution, or related industry environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing branch or wholesale operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and engage employees while promoting accountability and high performance.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and financial statements.
- Experience driving sales growth while maintaining operational effectiveness.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- A practical, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
