This position will help the successful candidate develop life long leadership and communication
skills. Spareparts is a flexible employer and will allow the assistant manager leeway in the

combination of on the job training and mentorship will prepare the candidate for the position.
Required Skills
Supervise Staff – Direct Operations and Lead a Small Team of Sales Associates
Provide Customer Support
Open and Close Store and Tills Daily
Inventory Management – Pricing, Restocking and Re-ordering merchandise
Other Tasks as Required

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
