We are a well-known HVAC and home comfort service provider serving residential and commercial customers across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in heating, cooling, insulation, water heaters, and water treatment solutions, offering professional installation, repair, and maintenance services.
We are looking for a full-time Office Coordinator & Receptionist to join our team to support customer communications and daily office operations, and assist with marketing activities. Candidates must be fluent in spoken English and either Mandarin or Cantonese. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or office administration is preferred. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Arrange customer appointments, coordinate technicians’ schedules, and collaborate with the sales team on lead follow-ups.
- Perform order and data entry and provide invoicing and accounts receivable support.
- Maintain customer and job records and perform general office administrative tasks.
- Create and manage social media content and support other basic marketing activities.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and fluent spoken English are required. Candidates must also be fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Basic marketing or social media experience is an asset.
