We're looking for a motivated cook or assistant who already has a solid understanding of professional kitchens and enjoys cooking from scratch.
Persian-speaking applicants are strongly preferred, as most of our team speaks Persian.
We're especially interested in someone who:
- Has culinary education or professional chef training (college or culinary school is a strong asset)
- Has restaurant kitchen experience
- Understands food preparation, organization, and kitchen workflow
- Takes pride in consistency and presentation
- Works cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- Enjoys learning and contributing new ideas
- Wants to grow with a young and ambitious team
Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, burgers, and catering orders
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Assist with prep and inventory
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean
- Work closely with the owner to improve recipes and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or chef training (preferred)
- Restaurant experience
- Persian language is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Available for evenings and weekends
Pay: $17.60 per hour
