Responsibilities
- Develop and implement store strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Oversee store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, and other relevant metrics.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to identify training needs.
- Address any issues that arise with staff or customers, including complaints and grievances.
- Serve as a role model for exemplary behavior and high performance.
- Perform additional store manager duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a retail manager.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Retail Management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
