Line Cook – Full Time
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our team full time!

Responsibilities:
Cooking and Service
- Cook menu items accurately and consistently.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment.
- Ensure orders are completed quickly during busy service periods.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
Food Safety and Sanitation
- Follow Alberta food safety regulations.
- Maintain proper food storage and temperature controls.
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized.
- Comply with health and safety standards.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned stations.
- Notify supervisors when supplies are running low.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Minimize food waste.
Kitchen Maintenance
- Clean equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Perform routine kitchen maintenance tasks.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or pub kitchen experience preferred.
- Food Safety Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
