The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential or commercial spaces, performing tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Key duties also include changing linens, doing laundry, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.Also assist in prepare meals. Core responsibilities
- General cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; dusting furniture and surfaces; and cleaning windows.
- Kitchen and bathroom sanitation: Washing dishes, wiping down counters and appliances, and thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Laundry and linens: Changing and making beds, washing, drying, folding, and sometimes ironing clothes.
- Tidying and organization: Putting away items, general tidying of rooms, and ensuring all areas are neat and organized.
- Supply and maintenance management: Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries, and notifying managers or homeowners of necessary repairs or safety hazards.
- Waste removal: Emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Meal preparation.
