PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
A&T Project Developments Inc. is currently seeking a Project Superintendent to join our quickly growing team. Working collaboratively as part of our project team, this role provides various services and support to our site-based teams at locations in Kamloops and the surrounding areas.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the Project Superintendent is to properly schedule the work of crews, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide leadership support on job site, track attendance, and promote teamwork, integrity, and safety.
- Project Setup & Planning: Lay out projects accurately, set up job sites, attend meetings, and anticipate potential issues.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce regulations, conduct safety meetings, maintain first aid requirements, and ensure site safety measures.
- Quality Control: Uphold high standards, conduct inspections, and collaborate with inspectors for compliance.
- Communication & Coordination: Work with the Project Manager on scheduling, problem-solving, and change orders.
- Reporting & Documentation: Submit reports, track equipment use, maintain schedules, and forward key documents.
- Site Security & Maintenance: Secure the site, manage inventory, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, and stakeholders while representing A&T positively.
Qualifications and Experience – the successful applicant must possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of 3 years within a managerial (preferably Project Superintendent or Foreman) role
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and planning skills, with a demonstrated track record of dealing successfully with work crews and subcontractors
- Demonstrated experience in both residential construction and commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, including renovations, interior fit-outs, and fast-paced project environments
- Proven experience as a working supervisor, combining hands-on construction work with crew leadership, scheduling, and site coordination in active construction environments
- A high degree of integrity, loyalty, and honesty
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Be a team player and be able to fit comfortably into A&T’s dynamic team
- Possess valid Class 5 driver’s licenseThis permanent, full-time position

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000. Based on qualifications and bonus.
