INspiration is the leading contemporary multi-brand furniture store in B.C, representing many unique and exclusive furniture brands from around the world. We are looking for Sales Associates for our Vancouver location.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Assisting clients on the showroom floor including writing and double checking orders during the closing of the sale process.
- Ensuring your own clients are receiving the best possible customer service experience. This includes before, during and after sales follow ups.
- Keeping up to date with the product and sales knowledge.
- Take initiative during quieter spells to reach out/take action in relation to gaining more clients.
- Daily procedures such as opening and closing the showroom.
- Ensuring the space is clean and always maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year sales/retail experience is a must
- Furniture retail experience is a big advantage.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English is required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Interior Design Skills is not required but would be an advantage.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Medical and dental insurance package available after a 3-month probation period.
