The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering professional advice.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients positively.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling products is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
