The daily responsibilities of an On Site IT Solution Specialist is to travel and work from customer data centers, offices, and homes. This is a hand’s on role and requires that the candidate have experience in a wide variety of technology from home solutions to enterprise level solutions. There will be a good volume of customer interaction between the On Site IT Solution Specialist and clients. Therefore, customer service skills and the ability to handle and properly diffuse escalated situations is also an absolute skill in additional to one’s technical strengths. The candidate has to be confident in his logical thinking and problem solving skill as clients often regard you as a professional consultant. The ability to control the situation while resolving the issue is a key requirement.

- Understanding of networking (WAN, LAN, VPN, IP protocols, Subnet, and gateways)
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS and External storage device solutions
- Knowledge of Blackberry, Iphones and Industry standard smartphones
- Basic knowledge of VOIP and Telephony
