Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day office operations and accounting functions. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll assistance, and administrative support. Proficiency with Simply Accounting (Sage) and Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities and provide general administrative support.
- Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation using Microsoft Excel.
- Enter and maintain accounting transactions in Sage Simply Accounting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
- Handle filing, document management, and other office-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
- Experience with accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Experience with Sage Simply Accounting (Sage 50) or other accounting softwares.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
