About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, fashion-forward, and client-focused Luxury Fashion Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a polished presence, and a genuine interest in designer brands and resale culture.
Comfortable occasionally appearing in social media content is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with personalized luxury shopping experiences
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional client service
- Style and present designer handbags, accessories, apparel, and jewelry
- Educate clients on product condition, authenticity, and brand details
- Assist with sales, transactions, and daily store operations
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support product organization, inventory handling, and new arrivals
- Assist with photoshoots, events, and in-store brand activations when needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Luxury retail, fashion, resale, or designer brand knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and client experience
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of style and attention to detail
