About Us
Caryoyo is a rapidly growing vehicle management and mobility technology company based in Vancouver.
We currently manage multiple vehicles across car sharing and rental platforms and are building Parkyoyo, an AI powered parking and mobility platform designed to help drivers save time and money.
We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial team member who wants to gain experience in operations, marketing, customer service, and startup growth.
This is not a typical office job.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder and help grow a business at the intersection of automotive, mobility, AI, and technology.
Responsibilities
Fleet Operations
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs
- Conduct vehicle inspections
- Manage vehicle cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with booking management
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with customers and vehicle owners
Marketing & Growth
- Assist with Parkyoyo and Caryoyo marketing campaigns
- Create social media content
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts
- Support community outreach and partnership development
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Help collect user feedback and improve products
Administrative Support
- Data entry and reporting
- Customer follow-up
- Scheduling and coordination
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable using technology and AI tools
- Enjoys working in a startup environment
- Has an interest in automotive, technology, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Has a valid Class 5 driver’s license (preferred)
- Speaks English fluently (Mandarin is an asset)
