Overview
We are seeking a senior-level professional to support and coordinate garment production while bridging communication between production and merchandising teams. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work independently with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end garment production process
- Act as a key link between production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth communication
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor production progress and resolve technical or operational issues
- Work closely with internal departments, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing
- Liaise with clients independently on production-related matters
- Ensure product quality meets required standards
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in garment production within a factory environment
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and techniques
- Solid understanding of knit fabric quality, printing, and embroidery
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical and production issues
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written
- Experience in merchandising is an asset
Pay: $53,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
