We are currently looking for a motivated, dependable, and physically fit Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Richmond. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management & Organization: Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, labeling, stocking, and organizing inventory to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
System Maintenance & Data Sync: Update and manage our online inventory/ERP systems. Monitor, reconcile, and ensure that digital system data consistently and accurately matches the physical inventory in the warehouse.
Store Deliveries & Client Dispatch: Promptly load, transport, and deliver orders to store clients and execute stock transfers between our retail locations in a safe and timely manner.
Inventory Auditing (Stock Count): Participate in regular physical inventory counts at both the warehouse and retail stores to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Material Handling: Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, and relocate products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
eCommerce & Product Photography Support: Assist the team in taking clear, high-quality photos of products for our online channels and marketing platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Certification: Must possess a valid, currentForklift License .
Physical Ability: Must be physically fit and capable of safely lifting and carrying items up to 15 kg (approx. 35 lbs) repeatedly.
Driver's License: Must hold a valid BC Driver's License (Class 5 preferred) with a clean driving record (driver's abstract required).
Skills & Demeanor: Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Language: English communication skills are required. Bilingualism (English/Mandarin) is a strong asset.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
