Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong connections to different car dealerships or have worked with insurance or warranty providers.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and business development strategies
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and product features
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account management processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on business development and account management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for market research, customer needs assessment, and sales forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales environments is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Pay: From $800.00 per week
