We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Resident Manager.
Job Duties:
- Managing rental leads and inquiries
- Showing both vacant and occupied suites
- Overseeing tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Handling rent collection and lease paperwork
- Managing maintenance concerns and coordinating necessary repairs
- Performing suite turnover maintenance and cleaning
- Requesting work orders and supervising trades
- Conducting minor building maintenance, painting, and seasonal landscaping
- Ensuring the building, common areas, and grounds are clean and free of debris
- Regularly walking the property to inspect the building, parking lot, and common areas
- Responding promptly to emergencies and resident concerns
- Enforcing building rules and policies respectfully and consistently
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating with head office
- Performing other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Experience in resident management (preferred)
- Maintenance and repair skills
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Able to deal with difficult people and situations
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to be on-call, including some evenings and weekends
This position will be part time. Approx. 25 hours per week.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are an asset.
