Darcy’s Smokehouse is looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our crew in St. Albert. We’re all about bold flavours, great vibes, and building a team that actually enjoys coming to work.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep and cook menu items to spec (think smoked meats, sides, and comfort food classics)
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Clean dishes and equipment
- Work alongside a team during busy services
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Bring energy and a positive attitude to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for BBQ and good food (experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Perfect for students or anyone looking to build kitchen experience
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends preferred)
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
- Supplementary tips - Between $3-4/ per hour
