Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient finishing of printed materials, contributing to our commitment to excellence and customer service. The successful candidate will be based in our facility and play a key part in our production process.
Responsibilities
- Operate bindery equipment to assemble and finish printed products with precision.
- Folding, Cutting, Hand bindery, operate booklet maker (Duplo)
- Maintain and troubleshoot binding machinery to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize operations.
- Assist in packaging finished products for delivery.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform minor repairs on machinery as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating bindery or finishing equipment within a printing or manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
