Job Overview
We are seeking an Entry-level Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components following detailed schematics and assembly instructions
- Wire electrical systems according to wiring diagrams and electrical standards
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams
- Perform quality checks using calipers and other measurement tools to ensure precision
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical wiring issues and mechanical assembly problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
- Wire Cabinets: Route, strip, and connect wires inside electrical enclosures
- Troubleshoot Systems: Find basic electronic faults using testing tools
- Assemble Parts: Mount components into panels, racks, and cabinets
- Use Hand Tools: Operate crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and drills
- Check Quality: Inspect finished work to ensure it matches shop standards
- Eye-hand coordination
- Mechanical and electrical assemblies
- Cleaning and repair electronics devices and equipment
- Ability to lift to 75lbs continuously.

Skills
- Wire Cabinets
- Read diagrams, schematic drawings, engineering specifications and service manuals to determine work procedures
- Basic electrical experience with wiring, schematics, and electrical components
- Mechanical knowledge including use of hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately
- Experience with assembly processes in manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Package/Pick product for shipping
- Load/Unload product for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications, Education
Certificate in Electrical or electronics technology or related field. This individual will also be mechanically & electrically inclined with strong analytical skills, and intermediate computer knowledge. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in electronics assembly within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics is beneficial but not required; training will be provided to support your growth in this role.
