Job Summary
Join a busy, well-established dental practice in Mississauga. We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our administrative team, support our clinicians, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Oversee patient care services, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
- Maintain accurate records using Tracker practice management system and systems such as MaxAssist.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, vendors, and external partners for seamless service delivery.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct staff training sessions on policies, procedures, and new technologies.
- Handle budgeting, billing, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Experience
- Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare administration.
- Strong background in patient care coordination within
- Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with computer operation skills for process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with dentalsoftware Tracker and MaxAssist is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentation of information and negotiation with stakeholders.
