We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Associate / Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with the delivery and pickup of roofing materials, equipment, and tools to job sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

Position Summary
The Shop Associate / Driver is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, preparing materials for upcoming projects, making deliveries and pickups, and assisting our field crews with the movement of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up roofing materials, tools, and equipment from job sites and suppliers.
- Load, unload, and secure materials safely for transportation.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and yard.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
- Prepare orders and stage materials for upcoming projects.
- Assist with inventory control and material counts.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs where required.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
- Support field crews and project managers as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and Ministry of Transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class D Driver's Licence or higher (DZ or AZ preferred).
- Clean driver's abstract with a strong driving record.
- Previous experience driving commercial trucks and securing loads.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lbs (23 kg) or more.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in construction or roofing is an asset but not required.
Schedule
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Typical start times are early mornings (often 6:00 a.m.).
- Occasional overtime and weekend work will be required to meet project demands.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
