Attendant required for an all breeds boarding facility located 5 minutes east of Sherwood Park along Highway 16. We are looking to hire a part time who has a passion for working with animals and who is dedicated to their needs and care.
The shifts are scattered throughout the week and weekends and are from 6:30am-9:30am and 3pm-6pm. Hours range from 12-30 hours a week.
Successful applicants must have the following:
- minimum one year of dog and cat handling experience such a working/volunteering at a kennel, SPCA, veterinary clinic, rescue society, daycare, groomers or pet store.
- knowledge of basic breeds and behaviours.
- strong customer service skills.
- ability to communicate clearly.
- able to work as a team.
- able to work individually.
- time management skills.
- attention to detail.
- reliable vehicle.
- valid drivers license.
- high cleaning standards
