Competitive Building Supply is hiring a reliable hybrid team member to work the sales counter and help pick orders in the warehouse/lumber yard.
What you’ll do
Serve contractors and homeowners at the counter and on the phone
Build quotes and enter orders (computer-based)
Pick and stage materials accurately and safely
Keep the yard/warehouse organized and help the team stay on schedule
Must-have
Strong building material product knowledge (lumber/roofing/siding/windows & doors, etc.)
Solid computer skills (quotes, orders, email)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to lift and work on your feet in a warehouse/yard environment
Nice-to-have
Lumber yard or contractor desk experience
Forklift experience (or willing to learn)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,400.00-$80,000.00 per year
