Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment, utilizing a wide range of tools and technical knowledge. The Automotive Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our clients' vehicles.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Use hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues
- Repair or replace mechanical components using welding, electrical work, or assembly techniques
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Experience
- Prior dealership experience preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Mechanic experience involving electrical systems and troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems including electrical wiring and mechanical assemblies
- WAGE TO BE DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Pay: $35.00 per hour
