Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including , restoration, siding, exterior finishing and carpentry. This role involves working on diverse projects that require proficiency with hand tools, power tools. The <PERSON> will play a vital role in executing construction tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Install siding, soffit/fascia, and perform carpentry tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Not a required, but if able to execute aluminum capping task, potential for higher pay is available.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials and equipment on-site
- Work with woodworking materials for framing and other structural components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading , restoration, siding, carpentry.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding conditions for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety procedures and workplace regulations
