REPORTS TO:
Property Maintenance Manager. Work location will be at various locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating heavy equipment including but not limited to: Skid steer, bulldozer, backhoe, septic pump truck and excavator
- Safety Compliance
- Equipment Maintenance
- Work site preparation which may include clearing debris, leveling terrain, digging
- Material handling, loading and unloading materials
- Grade and Excavation work
- Documentation – Keeping accurate records such as equipment usage, maintenance logs and safety inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class 3 with Airbrake
- 5+ years’ experience
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Safe lifting (up to 50 lbs), kneeling, pushing, pulling and stretching are all require
- Must have reliable transportation..
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
