Job Description
We are looking for a specialized Technician to ensure the operational excellence of our equipment for our prestigious clients. This role combines advanced technical expertise with the opportunity for international training in a steadily growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in espresso machines and grinders.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, descaling, and precision calibrations.
- Installation and Setup: Install equipment and water filtration systems.
- Customer Support: Provide technical advice to clients regarding daily machine use and maintenance.
Requirements
- Legal Status: Must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and be legally authorized to work.
- Technical experience in equipment repair (hospitality or coffee industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in hydraulics and basic electronics.
- Valid Driver’s License (required for operating the company vehicle).
- Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese, English, or Spanish is considered a strong asset (not mandatory).
