Service Plumber

Hours: 44 hours per week
Salary: $36-$44 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water lines, fixtures, drainage,
and hot water systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service work to ensure reliable performance for our customers).
- Support emergency service calls and participate in a required on-call rotation schedule.
- Document service works accurately and communicates clearly with dispatch and customers.
- Assist in quoting small service jobs and collaborate with estimating and project teams.
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship at all times.
- Respectfully operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle and specialized tools.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyperson Plumber or a registered 4th/5th year Apprentice is preferred.
- Valid Gas Technician 2 or 3 License is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of provincial plumbing codes, safety practices, and mechanical systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs and options clearly.
- Valid G driver’s license accompanied by a clean, insurable driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.
