Job Description:
We are currently looking for casual on-call Facility Hosts to work at our Vancouver office as well as on external projects happening off-site e.g. intercepts in stores etc. The responsibilities of a Facility Host include ensuring the needs of the moderator, clients, and participants are met, looking, after all, audio and visual equipment, and making sure the facility is kept organized. Due to the flexible nature of scheduling, we can’t guarantee hours – the more available you are, the more shifts you could be offered.
- Manage client needs throughout the research
- Set up the room according to client needs
- Check in and assist respondents when needed
- Sanitize tables, chair, tablets, tray after every session
- Organize catering for clients and respondents
- Be responsible for all the AV recordings for all sessions
Job Requirements:
- Punctual (very important)

- Previous hosting or serving experience (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
