Overview
We are looking for an experienced full time Roll Maker(Maki Chef) to join our team. You must have strong knife skills, know food safety rules, and have at least 2 years of Maki(Roll) making experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Maki and other menu items
Follow recipes and food safety standards
Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Work with the team for smooth service
Handle special dietary requests when needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2-years Maki(Roll) making experience
Restaurant or fine dining experience is an asset
Strong knife skills
Team player with good attitude
