What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a team of motivated sales professionals
- Desk deals and maximize gross profit
- Train, coach, and develop staff daily
- Create a high-performance, positive sales environment
- Work closely with finance and marketing teams
- Drive volume, performance, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (REQUIRED)
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy dealership
- VSA license (or ability to obtain)
- Someone who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding brand
