Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable window & door Installer to join our team based in St. Thomas, servicing St. Thomas, London, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential window and door installation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on job sites while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
This is a full-time or part-time permanent position. Compensation will be based on proven experience and discussed during the interview process.
Requirements:
· Valid G driver’s licence
· Own hand tools
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in window and door installation
· Experience with capping
· No subcontractors
Responsibilities
· Install windows and doors with precision and care
· Ensure all work meets high-quality workmanship standards
· Safely operate hand tools and power tools
· Perform heavy lifting as required
· Work collaboratively with a crew of 2-3 team members
· Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
· 3–5 years (minimum) of experience in window and door installation
· Experience with capping and finishing work
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
