The Opportunity
Morgan Investments Group (“MIG”) is a private investment office with a growing portfolio across real estate, infrastructure, and industrial services.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Office Administrator who can keep a busy, multi-entity office organized, accurate, and moving. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in clean records, and is comfortable being the person others rely on to make sure things get done properly.
You will support the day-to-day finance and administration needs of MIG and several related portfolio companies. That means working across different businesses, managing details, following up with vendors, supporting the Controller, and keeping the office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, payroll support, invoice coding, and transaction management across multiple entities.
Support month-end close by keeping accounts reconciled, entries posted, backup organized, and outstanding items clearly flagged.
Keep the office running by managing mail, filing, document management, insurance renewals, building maintenance coordination, IT administration, vendor follow-up, and benefits tracking.
Stay ahead of the details by tracking deadlines, chasing missing information, following up on signatures, and making sure small issues are handled early.
Who You Are

- You are comfortable with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- You can work across multiple companies, bank accounts, vendors, and sets of books
- You are organized, reliable, and persistent; people trust the work you have will get done
- You are self-directed, communicate clearly, ask good questions, and flag issues early
