ATEQ is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives primarily for the Leak Testing division. This role will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content development, digital marketing activities, and events to support brand visibility and lead generation in Canada and the United States. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales and technical teams and collaborate with the broader North American team across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, as well as with colleagues at ATEQ headquarters in France, to support regional and global marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Specialist position will primarily support the Leak Testing division, which represents ATEQ’s largest and most established business segment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Maintain and update social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Maintain and update company websites with product information, news, and marketing content.
- Track campaign performance and support reporting on marketing activities and results.
Content & Campaign Development
- Create and distribute marketing content, including emails, newsletters, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns promoting ATEQ solutions and initiatives.
- Assist in developing technical and marketing materials in collaboration with product experts and sales teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across marketing channels.
Events & Marketing Operations
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and industry exhibitions, including logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and manage CRM data, ensuring accurate lead tracking and campaign attribution.
- Support collaboration with sales teams and international marketing teams to align marketing activities across North America.
- Assist with general marketing operations and administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Odoo.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with website content management systems, preferably WordPress.
- Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear marketing messaging.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
Meet your future team
As Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager, based in the United States, and work closely with the Sales Team of ATEQ Canada, based in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative international marketing environment supporting ATEQ’s activities across North America.
You will interact regularly with sales, technical, and marketing teams in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, while also collaborating with colleagues at ATEQ headquarters in France to support global initiatives and align marketing activities across regions.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a cross-functional and international team, where marketing works closely with sales and product experts to support business growth, develop campaigns, and promote innovative testing solutions across multiple industries.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
