Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing North America, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, and special requests from internal and external customers. The Marketing Coordinator, with their exceptional organizational and time management skills, provides support for various projects and initiatives within the marketing department as needed. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with departmental priorities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate various marketing and communications projects and initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for requests from sales & other departments
- Gather information to ensure clarity and completeness
- Fulfill or route requests appropriately
- Track and document progress and results, and manage deadlines
- Work with suppliers to develop & produce marketing collateral
- Represent marketing on cross-departmental projects
- Communicate marketing requirements and input to cross-functional teams
- Translate project requirements back to the marketing team and collaborate with marketing and stakeholders fulfill project deliverables
- Manage associated activities and timelines to ensure marketing commitments to the project are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Manage the translation workflow
- Enter translation requests in the translation management system and distribute completed translations
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and priorities
- Act as a liaison between the business and external translators
- Conduct verification and validation of invoices from translators
Competencies
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position
- Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Possess a solid foundation in core marketing principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of construction methods, industry, and/or Schluter products an asset

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions in this job grade, with the final offer depending on factors like experience, education, location, and other relevant considerations. Additionally, this role qualifies for extra benefits beyond the base pay range mentioned.
